Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal — both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your card number, CVV, and expiry date are transmitted directly to the payment processor via encrypted channels. JIHE Objects never sees, receives, or stores your card details on our servers.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB through Stripe. We accept PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, and PayPal Credit through PayPal.

Do you accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes. Both are available at checkout on supported devices. Apple Pay works on Safari (macOS, iOS). Google Pay works on Chrome (Android, desktop). No card details are shared with us — the payment is authenticated by your device.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

For Masterworks orders above $2,000, we accept international bank transfers (SWIFT). Contact us at hello@jiheobjects.com to arrange a bank transfer payment. Please note: bank transfers take 3–5 business days to clear.

Will I be charged immediately?

Yes. Payment is charged at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships (typically within 1–2 business days).

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate. A small foreign transaction fee may apply — check with your card issuer.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmission. Our website is hosted on Vercel (SOC 2 compliant). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, try a different card or payment method. If the problem persists, contact your bank (they may have flagged an international transaction) or contact us at hello@jiheobjects.com.

Do you offer payment plans for Masterworks?

For Masterworks orders above $1,000, we offer instalment plans via Klarna (where available) or split-payment arrangements (50% deposit, 50% before shipping). Contact us to arrange.
