Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Every object is wrapped in protective packaging with foam inserts for fragile items. The JIHE Book is placed on top in a cotton sleeve. Gift wrapping with a handwritten note is available free of charge at checkout.
All shipments are fully insured for the declared value. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. If an object arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable duties.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
