30-Day Return Policy

You may return any Heritage Craft Collection object within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return shipping). Objects must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@jiheobjects.com to initiate a return.

Master Collection Returns

Master Collection pieces are final sale, except in cases of shipping damage or proven misrepresentation. If you have concerns about a masterwork, contact us immediately.

Handmade Variations

Every JIHE object is handmade. This means:

• Glaze colour may vary slightly from the photo
• Dimensions may vary by ±5%
• Surface texture may include minor irregularities — tool marks, glaze pooling, or kiln effects
• Wood grain and bamboo colour are naturally variable

These variations are not defects. They are the signature of a handmade object. If a variation exceeds what is reasonable for the craft type, contact us and we will assess the issue.

Damaged on Arrival

If an object arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the object. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an object for a different size or style, return the original item and place a new order. We do not hold inventory for exchanges.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
