如果运输途中破损怎么办？
We stand behind every shipment. If your object arrives broken: (1) Email hello@jiheobjects.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. (2) We will arrange a replacement immediately (if in stock) or a full refund. (3) You do not need to return the broken piece — we may ask you to send photos for our insurance claim. For 大师典藏 pieces that are one-of-a-kind or sold-out editions, we will issue a full refund plus a 10% goodwill credit toward a future purchase.

No. We ship on a DDU（未完税交付） basis. Duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs authority when the package arrives — not at checkout. US orders under $800 typically pay $0 (de minimis). 定制作品可以退货吗？
定制委托作品为最终销售，不接受退换。 They are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. We will keep you updated throughout the making process with photos and progress reports so there are no surprises.
